Click on the Print button to open the Print window to start the print process.
Set the options in the Print window and click on the Print button to print the image. The print options are discussed below.
Printer
Select the name of the printer you want to use.
Properties
Click on the properties button to enter the properties specific to the printer you have selected.
Copies
Enter the number of copies to print.
Orientation
Choose the paper orientation - either Landscape or Portrait.
Size
The resolution (or number of pixels per inch) of your computer monitor is different than the resolution of your printer. The Scale adjusts the size of the image before printing it to accommodate this difference.
If you enabled Automatically Calculate the Print Scale in the Preferences, Capture Express estimates the size of the image that appears on the monitor and also estimates how it will appear with your printer. The program automatically estimates the Print Scale. Capture Express inserts the calculated Print Scale into the Scale field.
If the Automatically Calculate the Print Scale option is disabled then the value found in the Default Print Scale field of the Print Preferences is entered into the Scale field.
Before printing you may adjust the size that the image will print by changing the Width, the Height or the Scale. If you adjust one of these components, the other two components are adjusted automatically. This ensures that the image is printed in the correct aspect ratio regardless of what size is selected.
Position
Choose where you want the image printed on the page.
Try Again
If the capture didn't turn out as well as hoped for, press the Try Again button to restart the capture. This eliminates the need to click on the Done or Cancel button to quit the capture and start again from scratch.
